NDLEA intercepts 100 wraps of meth from okada rider, seizes N10.3bn cannabis at Lagos port

The NDLEA arrested 48-year-old commercial motorcycle rider Onyechere Daniel Chinadufor at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, after he arrived from Madagascar via Ethiopia. He had ingested 100 wraps of methamphetamine weighing 1.715 kg, with 87 found in his backpack and 13 excreted under observation. Additionally, 8,247 bags of Canadian Loud cannabis valued at N10.3 billion were seized at Apapa Port, Lagos, during a joint examination on July 10, 2026.
