DR Congo will soon establish a mining guard of 20,000 members

The Democratic Republic of Congo will establish a mining guard of 20,000 members, to be deployed across 22 provinces. This project, funded with 100 million US dollars, aims to secure mining sites and ensure the transport of minerals. The initiative is part of partnership agreements with the United States and the United Arab Emirates, aimed at improving governance and transparency in the mining sector.
