Mental health not sign of weakness, Soludo assures men

During Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, Dr Nonye Soludo, wife of Anambra State governor, assured men that mental health is not a sign of weakness. In a message, she emphasized that true strength lies in speaking up, seeking support, and prioritizing emotional and mental well-being. She called for creating safe spaces for men to express themselves and seek help, and urged men to rest, connect, and care for their minds as they do their bodies.
