Lagos commissioner dismisses reported rift between Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu as 'mere speculation'

The Lagos State Government dismissed reports of a rift between President Bola Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, calling such claims unfounded. Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotoso, stated that suggestions of a strained relationship are based on speculation. He also defended the cost of the Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge project, valued at about N279 billion, asserting that the expenditure is justified.
