Sudan Army Detains, Tortures Civilians in Ethnic Targeting Campaign - HRW

A report by Human Rights Watch reveals that the Sudanese Armed Forces have arbitrarily detained and tortured civilians in violation of human rights. These acts, motivated by ethnicity and suspicions of collaboration with the Rapid Support Forces, may constitute war crimes. HRW also documented cases of enforced disappearances and at least two deaths in custody linked to torture.
