Delivering a keynote address at the High-Level North-West Policy Dialogue in Kano State, he urged leaders to focus on practical solutions. Sanusi warned that poverty remains deep-rooted, reflected in poor education, weak health systems, child malnutrition, and unemployment. He recommended a long-term social investment framework, a minimum social package, investment in early childhood development, and improved accountability.
