The elders' caucus of the APC in Kwara State has snubbed an invitation from a reconciliation committee set up by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to resolve a crisis from party primaries. They claimed their own reconciliation efforts were rejected, with letters ignored and a visit to the governor dismissed. They argued the committee is an afterthought and that the governor cannot be a judge in his own case. They affirmed loyalty to APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
