GCC chief urges UN to halt Iranian attacks

GCC Secretary-General Jassim al-Budaiwi urged the UN Security Council to take immediate action to halt Iranian attacks on Gulf countries, condemning them as a "flagrant violation" of international law. Speaking at the UNSC, he emphasized the need to protect maritime corridors and ensure uninterrupted navigation through strategic waterways in the region. Al-Budaiwi also stressed that the six GCC states must be included in any talks or agreements with Iran to enhance regional security.
