Buhari’s ex-CoS Gambari resumes at American varsity as visiting scholar

Prof. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the former Chief of Staff to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, has resumed at the University of Pennsylvania as a visiting scholar. He has begun working on his memoir, documenting his decades of experience in diplomacy and governance. Gambari was welcomed by Prof. Wale Adebanwi, and his term will run from January to August 2026. His background includes serving as Minister of External Affairs and Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
