Gov Alia appoints Eunice Ogbenyi Acting Head of Service in Benue

Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has approved the appointment of Dr Ihu Eunice Ogbenyi as Acting Head of Service (HoS) of the state, following the death of the former HoS, Dr Agbogbo Ode. Dr Ogbenyi, hailing from Oju LGA and born June 12, 1973, was previously Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Lands and Survey. She began her civil service career in 1998 as Principal Assistant Education Officer. She holds an NCE, B.Sc., Master's, and Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Fr. Adasu University, Makurdi. The governor charged her to uphold professionalism, discipline, and service delivery.
