The Malian government has announced financial rewards of up to 2 billion FCFA for information leading to the capture or neutralization of terrorist leaders. Iyad Ag Ghali, leader of JNIM, is targeted with a 2 billion FCFA bounty, while Amadou Koufa of Katiba Macina and Abdoulaye Mahamadou alias Bekaye Diallo are sought with bounties of 1.5 billion FCFA each. The authorities call on the population to cooperate with the Defense and Security Forces and provide intelligence.
