Kwankwasiyya movement dismisses reports of Kwankwaso threatening to quit NDC

The Kwankwasiyya movement has dismissed reports that its leader, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, threatened to leave the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) over the replacement of candidates. Spokesman Habibu Sale Mohammed described the claims as 'mere rumours' and stated that Kwankwaso had not communicated any grievance to the party. Mohammed explained that the party primaries were conducted on May 29 in line with the Electoral Act and INEC guidelines, and that candidates were adopted by consensus without internal squabbles.
