LP sues INEC over alleged exclusion from Enugu North by-election

The Labour Party has sued INEC over the alleged exclusion of its candidate from the Enugu North Senatorial District by-election scheduled for June 20. The party claims it complied with all statutory requirements but was denied access to upload candidate particulars on INEC's nomination portal. Party spokesman Ken Asogwa criticized the INEC official's excuse of being out of town as untenable, emphasizing that electoral processes cannot depend on an official's personal circumstances.
