Jambojet CEO Karanja Ndegwa on strategies for growth in turbulent times

Jambojet recorded a revenue of Sh13.6 billion in 2024, carrying 1.257 million passengers, and grew to Sh14.4 billion in 2025. Despite operational challenges, the airline targets Sh17.2 billion and 1.5 million passengers in 2026. The addition of new aircraft will increase capacity by 11% with additional flights on key domestic routes.
