Nigerian woman's killer-boyfriend jailed for life in UK

Norbert Maiksner, 49, has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 24 years for murdering his girlfriend, 45-year-old Frances Obiefuleh. He killed her in April last year in Havant, Hampshire, by smothering her with tape. Her body was discovered after Maiksner was found walking on the hard shoulder of the M40 and asked the police to be called. Obiefuleh's family released a tribute, describing her as a loving mother and a caring person.
