Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak said he will 'say everything' once a verdict is reached on the club's 115 alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules. The alleged offences cover the period from 2009 to 2018. City denies wrongdoing and awaits a ruling from an independent commission. Al Mubarak also stated that owner Sheikh Mansour has no intention of selling the club, valued at a minimum of $10bn.
