President Ruto to Address Tanzanian Parliament on May 5 in High-Level Visit

President William Ruto is scheduled to deliver a special address to the Tanzanian Parliament on May 5, 2026, at 11 am, confirmed by Tanzanian National Assembly Deputy Speaker Daniel Sillo. The address aims to strengthen cooperation between Kenya and Tanzania and will also serve as a State of the Nation address. This visit comes nearly five years after Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu addressed the Kenyan Parliament.
