Electricity in Borno will reduce insecurity - Ndume on Tinubu's N68bn for Maiduguri power plant

Former Senate Leader Ali Ndume praised President Ahmed Bola Tinubu's approval of N68 billion for the Maiduguri Emergency Power Plant, stating it will help reduce insecurity in the state. He noted that restoring electricity would boost economic life, especially in the informal sector, and assist in countering terrorist recruitment. Ndume also urged the protection of power infrastructure from vandalism.
