Ondo APC aspirants reject consensus candidate

Four aspirants of the APC, Dr. Jibayo Adeyeye, Hon. Ade Adeniyi, Hon. Bola Fisayo, and Dr. Michael Ajilo, have rejected the adoption of Hon. Abiola Makinde as the consensus candidate for the Ondo East/West Federal Constituency. They stated that only a free and fair primary would be acceptable and expressed their readiness to participate in the primary election. The aspirants also called for internal democracy within the party and emphasized the need for credible representation in the National Assembly.
