JEDCO customers allege missing units, unexplained debts on prepaid meters

Many electricity consumers in Bauchi, Benue, Gombe, and Plateau states have complained about unexplained debts on their prepaid meters. Customers reported that JEDCO temporarily disappeared from mobile vending applications, and some received fewer units than expected after recharging. JEDCO's Head of Customer Service, Saratu Aliyu, stated that the system was functioning normally and advised customers to visit JEDCO offices to resolve debt-related issues.
