OAU students begin 3-day lecture boycott over transportation hitches

The Students' Union of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has initiated a 72-hour lecture boycott due to transportation issues related to the introduction of 50 buses and 30 tricycles. The union's president and secretary, Adelani David and Habeeb Oke, stated that the current transportation system fails to meet students' needs, leading to severe conditions. They are demanding an increase in the number of vehicles and consultation with management before any major changes.
