Iran's World Cup football players have been granted visas to enter the United States, just 10 days before their first match in Los Angeles, according to a White House official. The decision came after Iran's ambassador to Mexico said the squad had not yet received visas. US Ambassador to Turkey Tom Barrack confirmed the visas on X. However, some technical and administrative staff members have not yet been issued visas, according to the semi-official Fars news agency. Due to the US-Israel war on Iran, the team moved its base from Arizona to Tijuana, Mexico.
