Embu Boda Boda Operators Stage Demos to Protest Court Ruling on Gachagua Impeachment

On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, boda boda operators in Embu Town protested the High Court ruling that upheld the impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. Led by local politician James Ireri, they accused the court of issuing a contradictory ruling by finding Gachagua's rights were violated without nullifying the process.
