Kilimani Residents Raise Concerns Over Proposed State House Road Expansion

Kilimani residents, through the Kilimani Community Foundation (KCF), oppose the proposed dual carriageway expansion of State House Road by the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) costing an estimated KSh1.6 billion. They fear worsening traffic congestion, loss of green spaces, and removal of dozens of mature trees, some over 60 years old, marked with red X's.
