Konza Technopolis revenue falls 20pc despite rising investment

Revenue generated by Konza Technopolis fell by 19.6% in 2025 to Sh202.9 million, due to reduced land leasing and delayed payments for cloud services. Income from land leasing dropped to Sh49.8 million, while revenue from the Konza Cloud fell by 16.4% to Sh126.7 million. Despite this, the number of hosted clients at the Konza National Data Centre increased by 27.6%.
