Troops rescue abducted Air Force personnel in Benue operation

Troops of Sector 1, Operation Whirl Stroke, rescued a personnel of the Nigerian Air Force who was abducted by suspected militia in Katsina-Ala. The rescue operation took place at 6:45 p.m. on April 27, following reports of the officer's abduction the day before. Troops conducted extensive search operations across nearby communities and bush paths. Efforts are ongoing to track down and apprehend those responsible for the abduction.
