FCT court dismisses suit against Parallex Bank

A Federal Capital Territory High Court dismissed the suit filed by FHT Mega Express Limited against Parallex Bank Limited over a 4.5 billion naira debt. The Court upheld the Bank's preliminary objection, stating that the case amounted to a gross abuse of court process. Consequently, the suit was dismissed in its entirety, and costs of 500,000 naira were awarded to Parallex Bank.
