Lebanon, Israel hold talks in Rome on implementing framework deal

Lebanon and Israel resumed talks in Rome to implement a US-brokered framework agreement to end the war in Lebanon. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun instructed his delegation to demand immediate Israeli withdrawal from two areas in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah rejected the agreement and disarmament calls. The talks are being held at the US embassy in Rome.
