Liberia: Stand Demands Expulsion of Guinean Ambassador

The Solidarity and Trust for a New Day (STAND) condemned the Liberian government's inaction regarding the alleged incursion by Guinea. STAND called for the expulsion of the Guinean ambassador under Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. The group also criticized the government's timid response to foreign aggression, highlighting a dangerous precedent set by the illegal transfer of Ibrahima Khalil Cherif. STAND urged President Joseph Nyuma Boakai to take immediate action to defend national interests.
