Liberty financial adviser debarred for failing to disclose R1.5 million inherited from a deceased client

Financial adviser Michael Lawrence Andrew was debarred from the financial services industry for failing to disclose a R1.5 million inheritance from a deceased Liberty client. The Financial Services Tribunal dismissed his application for reconsideration, finding that the undisclosed financial benefits created conflicts of interest.
