Five individuals, including an employee of a solar panel company, are being tried in Thiès for the theft and receiving of 48 solar panels. C. Seck is accused of stealing the panels using his work uniform, while the other four, I. Sidibé, A. Diouf, M. Diop, and A. Ngom, are charged with receiving stolen goods.
