The police prefecture of Agadir confirmed that Rachel Kerr, a Scottish tourist, left her hotel voluntarily and is safe. Authorities located Kerr in an apartment in Agadir and stated that she had not been subjected to any violence. She is in contact with her brother, who entered Morocco on April 22, and her identity was confirmed by the General Directorate of National Security.
