Togo: HAPLUCIA prepares to integrate anti-corruption education at the University of Kara

On October 16, 2026, Togo’s HAPLUCIA trained University of Kara faculty members to teach anti-corruption and promote integrity. The project aims to add these subjects to university curricula from the 2026–2027 academic year, with training covering corruption, prevention and good governance. The experiment follows a pilot launched at the National School of Administration in February and the submission of nine teaching manuals for approval in September. Authorities aim to prevent misconduct early, alongside existing oversight and sanctions.
