UNICEF and South Korea launch a resilience project for over 30,000 people in Ituri

Over 30,000 vulnerable people in the Ituri province will benefit from humanitarian cash transfers through the 'Resilience for Children' project, launched on April 8, 2026, in Kinshasa. Funded by the Republic of Korea with $5 million, this program, implemented by UNICEF, aims to address the needs of children and families affected by armed conflicts. It focuses on improving access to basic social services, including health, nutrition, and clean water.
