Malawians repatriated from South Africa amid xenophobia concerns

A group of 150 Malawians repatriated from South Africa are due to arrive in Malawi by road on Monday following xenophobic violence in Western Cape Province, where two Mozambicans were killed. Ghana, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe have also organized repatriation efforts. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa announced new measures against illegal migration while warning against xenophobia. Nigeria postponed its first evacuation flight for 270 citizens due to logistical issues.
