The head of the International Maritime Organization, Arsenio Dominguez, stated that no country has the right to block navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, a trade route affected by the conflict between the United States and Iran. The United States has begun a blockade of Iranian ports in the area, controlled by Iranian forces since the start of American and Israeli strikes on February 28.
