Ministry of Finance and Budget: DGMP stakeholders invited to adopt performance indicators

From April 8 to 10, 2026, officials from the General Directorate of Public Procurement are participating in an annual strategic seminar chaired by Minister Adama Coulibaly. This seminar aims to enhance dialogue and mastery of performance indicators, focusing on optimizing the Sigomap system and improving access for SMEs to public contracts. Côte d'Ivoire has seen a significant increase in the volume of public contracts, rising from 1,403 billion Fcfa in 2024 to over 1,897 billion in 2025.
