Ministry of Interior: Mouhamadou Moctar Watt appointed director of cabinet

Mouhamadou Moctar Watt has been appointed director of cabinet of the Minister of Interior, Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé. A senior civil servant, he has extensive experience in territorial administration, having served as governor of several regions, most recently Kaolack. He replaces Guédj Diouf as part of a reshuffle within the administration. The Minister relies on his experienced profile to strengthen territorial governance.
