Air Tanzania faces serious flight disruption for eight days

Air Tanzania says flights may face delays, schedule changes, disruptions and aircraft substitutions from November 7 to 14, 2026. The airline attributes the problems to the early removal of engines from some of its Airbus A220-300 aircraft but has not explained why the engines were removed. It says affected passengers will receive alternative travel arrangements where necessary and advises travelers to check their flight status before going to the airport.
