NWFL: Whyte Ogbonda named new Rivers Angels coach

Whyte Ogbonda has been appointed as the new head coach of Rivers Angels, a team in the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL). He replaces Tosan Blankson, who left the club at the end of last season. Ogbonda previously managed Rivers Angels during the 2023/24 season and won the NWFL title with Bayelsa Queens in the 2024/25 season.
