Benin: At UNSTIM, Léandre Houngbédji announces new measures

Léandre Houngbédji announced the arrival of sixty-three new buses for the transport of students from public universities in Benin, including nine for UNSTIM, with a fare of 200 FCFA per trip. University scholarships will be increased by 2.5% to 48.6%, with a focus on scientific training. Nearly 30 billion FCFA will be invested in social measures, including the abolition of tuition fees for all girls in public secondary education.
