Moroccans Rank Second Among Foreign Property Buyers in Spain

Moroccan nationals account for 7.7% of all foreign home purchases in Spain, ranking second after British buyers. In 2025, they completed 5,154 transactions, nearly matching the 5,178 recorded by British nationals. Moroccans also form the largest resident foreign community in Spain, with 862,190 residence permit holders.
