Morocco Pipeline: Imminent Signing of $25 Billion Agreement Against Algerian Rival

An intergovernmental agreement for the construction of a $25 billion pipeline between Morocco and Nigeria is expected to be signed by the end of the year, according to Amina Benkhadra from ONHYM.
