Marks & Spencer is launching a paid six-month training scheme for 1,000 young people aged 16-24 in the UK and Ireland, aimed at tackling youth unemployment. The program targets those not in employment, education, or training (Neets). Over one million young people are currently Neet, the highest level in 12 years, equating to roughly one in eight. Participants will be trained to become store managers, with no degree required.
