NANS mobilises North-East students for protest over abduction of 42 Borno students

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), North-East Zone (Zone E), has called for peaceful demonstrations from June 5 to 7, 2026 across all six North-East states to demand the rescue of 42 abducted students from Government Day Secondary School, Mussa, in Askira Uba LGA, Borno. Zonal Coordinator Muazu Hina ordered mobilization to draw national attention and urge the Federal Government and security agencies to intensify rescue efforts and strengthen school security.
