NASA Includes Couscous in Official Artemis II Lunar Menu

NASA's Artemis II mission, which launched on April 1, includes couscous with nuts among the 189 food items selected for the journey around the Moon. Four astronauts, including commander Reid Wiseman and mission specialist Christina Koch, are participating in this first crewed mission beyond Earth orbit since Apollo 17 in 1972. The menu is designed to meet food safety requirements and ease of use in microgravity.
