The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) dismantled a major Nigerian-Mexican methamphetamine syndicate, arresting a suspected drug baron, three Mexican nationals, and six Nigerian collaborators. The operation uncovered the largest clandestine meth laboratory ever found in Nigeria, located in the Abidagba forest in Ogun State. A total of 10 individuals were arrested, and 2,419.48 kilograms of methamphetamine valued at $362.9 million were recovered.
