Minister Abou Bamba opened a workshop on 19 October 2026 to revive the Mutual Aid Fund for Civil Servants and Employees of the Ministry of the Environment and Ecological Transition (MUFA-MINE). The fund’s activities stopped after the suspension in 2019 of the allowances that mainly financed it, though it had issued 400 membership cards and provided more than 53 benefits in 2018. Participants are to establish a new strategic, organizational and financial framework, including affordable contributions and commitments to transparency and fair treatment.
