Netherlands welcomes Emperor Naruhito to strengthen 400-year ties

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima hosted an official ceremony at the royal palace for Emperor Naruhito of Japan. Children waving Dutch and Japanese flags gathered in front of the palace.
