A 6-year-old boy was found dead in a vehicle in the Diam Welly neighborhood of Nguekhokh. His father, Abdoulaye Omar Ba, reported his disappearance on Independence Day, initially believing he had gone to the parade. Upon arriving in Mbour, he learned that his son's body had been discovered in a neighbor's car, with nostrils and ears obstructed.
